✨ Securing Your Fairytale

To officially reserve your magical experience, a 10% deposit is required. Once received, your chosen character and celebration time will be lovingly reserved just for your kingdom.

✨ Booking Magic & Conditions

• Booking & Deposits

  A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. This secures your chosen character, package, and celebration time.

• Payments

  The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Changes & Cancellations

  Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will require full payment of the booking fee. Cancellations made prior to this will forfeit the deposit. One date change may be granted with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

• Weather

  For outdoor celebrations, an indoor or undercover backup space fit for royalty must be available in the event of poor weather. If no suitable alternative is available, Wish Upon a Partea may need to reschedule the booking.

• Travel & Parking

  Travel fees may apply for celebrations outside our usual kingdom. Safe and accessible parking for performers is kindly requested.

• Adult Supervision

  A responsible adult aged 18 years or over must remain present throughout the celebration. While our characters bring the magic, they are not responsible for supervising children outside of planned activities.

• A Safe Performance Space

  Our performers require a safe, clean, and suitable space to create their magic. Wish Upon a Partea reserves the right to pause, modify, or conclude the performance if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

• Character Integrity

  To preserve the enchantment, our characters remain in role throughout the event. We kindly ask all guests to help keep the fairytale alive.

• Photography & Social Media

  We may ask for permission to share photographs or videos from your celebration on our website or social media. Images will only be shared with the client's consent.

• Costumes & Props

  Our gowns, wigs, and magical props are part of the enchantment. Any damage caused through guest misconduct may incur repair or replacement fees.

• Event Timing

  If delays occur due to venue or client circumstances, performance time may be shortened accordingly to avoid delaying other magical visits.
